| Qualifications
& Responsibility:
Mr. Stevens has supervised and designed electrically
complex fast track projects for the past fifteen
years. He supervises four (4) project designers.
He has comprehensive expertise in the specification
and design of lighting systems and automatic
control systems for Title 24 energy compliance.
He is knowledgeable in the areas of power distribution
and fire alarm design. He has a wide range of
project experience which includes civic buildings,
acute care hospitals, ambulatory surgery clinics,
medical office buildings and education facilities.
His involvement in a wide range of projects
has given him opportunities to work with various
agencies including the California Department
of the State Architect, the California Office
of Statewide Health Planning, and the State
Fire Marshal. Mr. Stevens has been a Project
Manager with KCKA since 1988.

| Qualifications
& Responsibility:
Dean Yomogida has designed schools, colleges,
churches, banks and Multi-purpose facilities.
He establishes and maintains a single point
of contact with the client throughout the design
and construction process. His 18 years of experience
covers both new and modernization of projects
and he is proficient in managing projects that
require a high level of detail. He is knowledgeable
in the areas of power, lighting/control and
campus low voltage signal and telecommunication
systems. His wide range of experience with educational
facilities includes K-12 and College projects.
Several of his most recent projects include:
Modesto JC West campus Sierra Hall, Yosemite
Hall and the Mary Stuart Rogers Student Center,
Columbia College Learning Resource Center, Various
modernization projects for the Yosemite Community
College District, Leroy Greene Middle School,
Las Plumas High School Expansion, Oakdale High
School Learning Resource/Classroom Buildings.

| Qualifications
& Responsibility:
Mr. Tony S. Soriano has nearly thirty years
of experience in designing various lighting
and electrical systems for industrial, institutional,
commercial and high-rise residential projects.
He has been exclusively involved in designing
and managing school projects in districts throughout
Northern California for the last fifteen years.
Mr. Soriano has extensive design experience
in educational lighting systems for the classroom,
the external campus, theatrical buildings and
athletic fields. He has experience in system
components of instructional technology such
as campus communications, fire alarm, intrusion
alarm, telephone system, media distribution
and data distribution. This work has involved
both new campus projects and existing campus
modernization projects. His concern for detail,
economics and efficiency have been essential
to succeed in the traditionally limited school
facility funding environment.
